For the 2023-24 school year, City Hearts is set to work with Title 1 schools in collaboration with five school district partners representing the cities of: Compton, Long Beach, Paramount, Lawndale, Hawthorne, and Whittier. Historically, a vast majority of students participating in City Hearts classes identify as Latinx/Hispanic or Black/African American, qualify for free or reduced lunch, and have little to no access to Arts Education.

Participation in Arts Education classes has resulted in higher student performance, lower school dropout rate, and higher GPA and SAT scores.
